Principle:

Dust collection process:

Gas containing dust is sucked into the vacuum cleaner through the air inlet, the large particles fall 

into ashbucket directly, little dust and particles will be sucked into the dust bag through the dual 

cyclone system, then small quantity little dust are standed on the surface of the filter bag, finally he 

gas is discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan after purification.

Dust removal process:

Along with the continuous filtration, the little dust and particles attached on the dust-baggrowing 

more, the vacuum cleaner running resistance increase, the timing counter blowing compressed 

air reverse into the filter, blow off these dust and particles. Then converted valve plate open, the 

filter unit restart, dust collection tums to the next unit. The whole cleaning process is camied out by 

tums of each filtering unit.
